Here's my review.

The database is extensive, and there are some gems there. Defnitely not an easy task to gather, so the value for money is definitely there.

However, manual work is still required to go through the list as it appears to not have been updated. You will find many sites <5 DR that are now 20+ DR. I'm not sure how often the database will get updated and the seller won't answer when asked, at least this is my experience :/
