I received a review copy of a list containing 5,680 niche sites.
I must say that I am really impressed with the list, and I see a lot of potential in it. The fact that the OP is keeping the list updated means that it will remain useful over time and that there will be enough niches available for everyone who purchases the list.

I believe that this list will be extremely helpful in building profitable niche sites and achieving excellent results.

I was blown away by the choices you're given, as mentioned these are already sorted by the DR and Traffic.
The list is easy to understand and even the niche is already there.
It pretty much removes all the manual tasks of someone starting out and looking for a good list.

Overall, I highly recommend getting this list if you're starting out. Saves you the hassle.

Though OP, how often is this list updated?

Comunication was easy without hassle, product was received instantly, I am sure real daddy will answer to any questions you might have.

You will receive a document on google containing the number of keywords, monthly traffic, niche, year when it was registered, language, number of indexed pages, monetization method, reffering domains, and numeber of backlinks. You won't run out of ideas, as it will take you a lot of time to go trough each domain.

Lets start with the pluses of the list:

- Clean interface and fast loading website
- Easy to understand list
- There are more than 5600 domains in the list
- You can choose many options when your search for your domain, like filtering them
- Many different niches avaialable, and it keeps increasing the list of domains
- You will find a lot of low competition domains that's one thing for sure, out of 5600 domains it is 100% you will find great niches,

The minuses of the list, there are 2 minuses that I found:

- It would be nice to include more filters
