I was one of the lucky ones who got a sneak peek into this list in exchange for an honest and genuine review.

My thoughts?

The value you´re getting from this list is insane. Even at face value ($95) this is a no-brainer!

Especially if you´re someone currently looking for an untapped niche to dive yourself into. This list will literally save you potentially hundreds of hours of research.

Not just because you can dive into any of the niches from the list but, also, because this list can "spike" your creativity and find how to approach a related niche or target from a different angle.

Personally, I was playing around with the excel filters and it took me a couple of minutes to find a great niche I can make some decent money on...

• Ranking 15,000+ keywords
• 18,500+ monthly organic traffic
• 600+ indexed pages
• 368 backlinks from 135 referring domains

And, to make things even better, it´s in my native language!

Is it worth it?

I surely think so!

Even if you only find one viable niche, you can get the money back in a few months.

Or, if you want to look at this from a different perspective, SEMrush and Ahrefs are like $100+ per month and, something you need to ask yourself...Are you able to generate these metrics? If so, how much time will it take you?

Personally, I think is better and cost-effective to just pay the $95 and be done with that.

I was offered review copy in exchange of honest feedback.

This is one of unique kind of service, and seriously just get that list before he stops selling it. I am quite surprised looking at the quality, and the hidden gems that are present in there. You can use some of these sites to get ideas for your next niche site. Do not blindly copy paste the keywords, try to search more keywords as well since lot of people will end up targeting the same KWs, and hence stiff competition.

I just wish that @RealDaddy stops selling these at certain point, like after x number of copies are sold, just to make sure that we do not end up competing with each other. I would highly recommend to get one of these, rather than paying huge bucks for keyword research.

I'm a man of few words:

1. This should cost 10 times the price. I'm not trying to be funny here. I don't know what to tell you if you can't make $1000 back using this list. This is weeks of manual labor, coding several scripts, and paying the Ahrefs subscription contained in one file that costs under $100. Insanity.
2. I would love it if you could provide monthly updates for this for an additional monthly fee. I would love to see new sites on this list every month.

It's not even about stealing keywords or niches. It's about seeing trends in emerging websites that managed to get into major ad networks.
