I have the same experience, both on Telegram and here on BHW, the seller states that the mass DM is sent, he also said before he would send me proof + a CSV file. I have asked the seller several times both on BHW and on Telegram to send me the proof, he does not reply, and finally, if he replies it's the same thing saying the dm's are sent. All I asked is for the proof + a CSV file. But he keeps ignoring me. And finally, a reply saying the DM's are sent. But NO proof. Just sent me the CSV file man.

This is seriously the worst service I had so far on BHW, most services I order are good or at least the communication is good. This is not a very good service.
