There are a few who don't even know what ScrapeBox is?

Hmm, well yes something is blocking scrapeboxs internet access all the way around. Did you install any anti-virus software or maleware checkers? If so double check them to make sure that you have allowed scrapebox in them and delete any existing rules for scrapebox.

Also if you haven't already, add allow rules to the windows firewall or any other firewall that you have on that box.

You could try and restart the box too, I dunno that that would help, but it wouldn't hurt.

I've no idea what it was. I didn't do or change anything.. just one day it worked, and the next it didn't! I've sacked xsserver now and got a dedi . I should have got one sooner.

Try restarting the server. A reboot generally fixes a lot of problems.

and try entering details again, and then tell us if it works or not.

Yes. That's exactly what I mean.

If a license was working fine and suddenly stops it will generally be 3 reasons.

1. Windows was reinstalled (You need to submit a license transfer)
2. ScrapeBox was moved to another PC (You need to submit a license transfer)
3. ScrapeBox has no connection to the internet. Check this via Help >> Test Server Connection. If there's not 6 green lights you need to find what's blocking it and unblock it.

And guess what, now it shows its activated, but to some other name, and it asked me to restart scrapebox to continue, like it happens after activation. Now this is strange. I'm 100% sure no one else on the server is using scrapebox. So why the hell is it showing some other name now?
Something wrong with their licensing system?

Your license might have been hijacked. Contact the support ASAP.

If it was hijacked then I guess it would already have been transferred to some other PC, isn't it?
I had mailed them for change of my licensing info 5 days back but got not reply

I'd say you mail them again.

There are chances that the name might have been hijacked.
