I've no idea what it was. I didn't do or change anything.. just one day it worked, and the next it didn't! I've sacked xsserver now and got a dedi . I should have got one sooner.

Good deal, well that should ultimately fix the problem as I would say it was XS at some level that was the problem.

One of my Scrapebox license is saying No License Found. What's the problem? Its on a server and has been working quite well till now. Please help.

Go to help >> test server connection. If you have some red or yellow lights then something is blocking scrapebox from reaching the activation servers. If all lights are green, then you will need to contact support to find out what is wrong.

Can u recommend scrapebox for any other language websites than english?

It supports the ISO 8859-1 character set, so it supports languages such as English, French, German etc however it does not support languages such as Chinese, Russian, Arabic.

Okay now another issue. I just started scrapebox for activating again, as Matrix said I should. And guess what, now it shows its activated, but to some other name, and it asked me to restart scrapebox to continue, like it happens after activation. Now this is strange. I'm 100% sure no one else on the server is using scrapebox. So why the hell is it showing some other name now?
Something wrong with their licensing system?

Well its not just bout being tied to the physical server, there are lots of hooks in their security system. Ultimately you need to contact them as I mentioned above to et it resolved.

Its worth buying even if you don't have the money, find the money or go make the money, you will make it back many times over.

If it was hijacked then I guess it would already have been transferred to some other PC, isn't it?
I had mailed them for change of my licensing info 5 days back but got not reply

As for not replying in 5 days thats unlikley. I have never had a response take more then 36 hours tops in the past 2 years, and usually its was less then that.

However one time I did mess up my email or something when I sent it in, and they recognized my name and pulled up an old email of mine and replied. When I mentioned it they said that its unbelievable the number of people that contact support and don't even type their own email address correctly. So when they send out replies it bounces back etc... If you emailed them directly, try using the form I mentioned above, because you could have sent it to the wrong email. Also make sure you double check the email addy you put in.

i hope next update you can add this little feature:

in the grab emails from the scrape urls, after grabbing the emails please also display the source of the email not just the emails. display the URL where the emails came from.

Well that one is on a shared dedicated server. But license cannot be hijacked even if you get the License Key, I guess.

Does any of you know how to automate a few tasks in ScrapeBox to become 1 task?
Like, I choose the keyword and then it automatically harvest keywords,harvest urls,check them.... and other stuff link that?

They never sleep. haha I have emailed them near Christmas and they even replied on Christmas day. They have litereally worked 7 days a week 365 days a year since scrapebox came out and its just over 2 years old now. Dedicated for sure.

I got 60 working public proxies that are good, I harvested 150 keywords, I changed the maximum connections of the harvester to 11, but when I'm harvesting the harvester console always get's error after few minutes of harvesting!
Yahoo get's Error 502
AOL get's Error 403
and they stop harvesting.

Is there any way that I can fix it?

Sound like your proxies a strong candidate for the point of failure. 60 isn't all that many, especially for public proxies...try with more proxies...a lot more. 200-300 minimum.

If you paid for another transfer then you should email support the transaction ID, and if you haven't already submitted for the transfer then yes you will need to do that.

Interestingly enough I was checking out the scrapebox faq on their site (just clarifying a detail on something) and I noticed this, its new and wasn't there before.

Q. Do you allow buying and selling cheap second hand ScrapeBox licenses?
A. No, we tried in the past however most of these second hand licenses have caused problems with sellers claiming the license was hacked and attempting to get the license back after receiving the money, they also cause a huge load on support staff mediating between buyer and seller, trying to determine who the real owners of licenses are due to bad deals, terminating and re-assigning license to different details, complaints from being ripped off etc. ScrapeBox is an affordable one time purchase, and the risks and support overheads far outweigh the potential few dollar savings .


I think its a great thing really. I see too many posts around about licensing issues and then when I read on you find out that they bought it from someone else. I can only imagine the time wasted by sweetfunny dealing with this stupidity. Time that they could use to develop the program and provide more great features.

I found this e-mail in my mail box... no1 know my license detail? how can they transfer my license? im using my scrapebox in my vps (xsserver) ... this made me sick i sent email to scrapebox support... is it possible that people steal my license detail on vps?
