how can I increase my timeout setting, my internet connection is 1mb.

What should I do?

Is there any options for auto closing popups or for block them?

The best option is to set-up a nice pop-up blocker for IE. See these links for more help:

Try putting your timeout at 90 seconds and your connections at 5 or 10.

Slow commenter uses the internet explorer rendering engine. So those popups are coming from internet explorer. Most of the time they aren't popup windows from websites, they are notifications. you need to go into your IE options and security settings and turn off all "prompt" options. Like Active X, etc... Set it to allow or deny, but anything that says prompt will pop a box and IE won't allow scrapebox to continue until you choose yes or no.

Addtionally as The Matrix said, it can be a popup window so a popup blocker is also a good idea. I can't see which your talking about without a screen, but get a pop blocker and change your settings from prompt and you should be good.

When I check the test server connections, the 6 lights were changing color every 2-4 seconds. Sometimes I get all 6 lights to turn green, sometimes only 3-5. What is going on with this? I'm desperate to get my Scrapebox to Reactivate again, it has taken me 7 DAYS.

If you go to help >> test server connections are all 6 lights green? If you have some red lights something is blocking scrapebox and you should find it and fix it. If you have 6 green lights go into paypal and find out what your primary email is and resubmit with that and your Transaction ID

today was my first test blast with Scrapebox, installed on my 756MB RAM VirtualBox

Then I harvested 30 public working proxies, found an AA list (not very new), loaded 1000 URLs from the list and ran Scrapebox.

From 1000 URLs: 93 successful = 9,3%
Operation took: 11 minutes

My first impression is SB was really fast and i'm happy from the result. Probably if I load more proxies, put updated AA list, the result will be even better.

Could anybody just look at the screenshot to see if my other settings look good:

limit your connection for fast poster : about 10 - 20
timeout limit to : 90s
randomize bla bla ... (some blog need 30s - 60s before next comment) if u use 1 proxy or 1 ip
live link check > optional
second blast (post again your failed result) > optional

Seems odd that it would flux so much, but make sure you add allow rules in your firewall, anti-virus, and malware checker. Also you can try disabling the firewall in your router temorarily and see if that helps.

Nawww, I think they are just having some major problems!!! If they weren't having big problems you would see SweetFunny here on the forums!! I'm sure they are swamped with whatever issue is hindering them!!

ScrapeBox support does not have and never had any trouble activating a license, but when user submit the wrong data, or having their ScrapeBox copy blocked by their own firewall, then there's nothing the ScrapeBox support can do about.

If its been over 12 hours then you submitted the wrong info or your firewall etc... is blocking scrapebox. Go to help >> test server connection, if all 6 lights are green then you submitted the wrong info.

Make sure you submit the email that you actually paid with, it will be the email that you received the "Thanks for purchasing scrapebox" email too. You can also look in your paypal and see what the primary email is.

Send that email in along with the correct transaction ID and you will be activated. I have never even had it take close to 12 hours.
