Hey guys... I went to "tools" and deleted the "names list". I thought it would just delete the names that i had harvested for my last blog posting. But No, it deleted my whole names generating list. 
How can I recover and replace this list please ? I tied resetting all settings but that didnt work...

You still have the zipped file? if so unzip it to a new folder

I unzipped my original zip file to a new folder... I dont see a file containing the "names" list anywhere ?

Hey mate, I don't work for scrapebox, I am just an avid user. But if it wasn't activated in 12 hours then 1 of 2 things happened. Either you submitted the wrong info - make sure you submit with the email you used to pay with, which is the primary email in your paypal account.

you submitted while the servers were down. Although I think that its all cached, so it should go thru when it comes back online, at least I think I remember reading that somewhere.
Worst case submit again and make sure you use the right TID, and the email you sent the money from, which is the email address that the paypal receipt would have come to and the "welcome and thanks for your purchase" using the wrong emails probably the biggest mistake most people make.
Yes the scrapebox.com site is down, which means that the [email protected] email is down. I think it still receives all email and it delivers it when its backup. But you can email the other scrapebox email [email protected]
Thats respectable of you. I wasn't trying to flame you mate, but scrapebox was a springboard into me being able to be full time IM and I still make a lot of money off of scrapebox, so its "close to the heart" if you will. I defend it much like I might defend a family member. But really if you have issues why not ask what needs to be done to fix it via email with sweetfunny and just take the steps. Writing everything you do here can't possibly help the cause and its not likely to get your issues fixed either. So it only servers to defame the scrapebox reputation, although I doubt it did any damage, its a rock solid reputation. None the less if you took all the time to write a scheduler then you must believe in the value of the program/company/sweetfunny.
And yes I would have blacklisted you, and of course its easy to get around, but it would have made me feel better. I think you have to look at it from Sweetfunnys position. They pour their life into a tool and provide free support, and when someone is badmouthing them it would be hard to be patient. At least it would be hard for me, I am a patient person, but everyone has a breaking point. Anyway, I have made it my point and still make it my point to do what I can to be of support to the scrapebox project.
That said I hope you get your issue resolved and that you prosper because of scrapebox.

Loopline, thanks so much, in that case, do you know if somethings wrong on there end? 48 hours for activation is really aggrivating.

Its possible that it is activated, and just your firewall or av is blocking it.

Nawww, I think they are just having some major problems!!! If they weren't having big problems you would see SweetFunny here on the forums!! I'm sure they are swamped with whatever issue is hindering them!!
At the very least if she had time I'm sure she would atleast login just to tell me to "Blow Off"

The only thing "wrong" on their end is that he site was down, but thats the hosting company not them and again I think its all logged, so if its not activated by now its 1 of 2 things. You put in the wrong info, or something is blocking it from showing active like your firewall, cause the site is back up and its been up more then down in the past 48 hours.
If you go to help >> test server connections are all 6 lights green? If you have some red lights something is blocking scrapebox and you should find it and fix it. If you have 6 green lights go into paypal and find out what your primary email is and resubmit with that and your Transaction ID

They actually don't make it here much. I see them post less then 1 time per week, I mean I know they read it, cause I see them thank me when I post a video or whatever, but actually posting, not too much needs their attention. You got more posts directed at you then I saw them post in the month of September. Of course they post in other spots on the forum.
But I know they have told me before that they can spend as much as 12 hours per day just getting things under control, license activations and transfers, support etc... So when you spend 12 hours to "break even" and then actually try to get any sleep, I doubt they sleep even 8 hours mostly, but if they slept 7, thats 19 hours. Then 5 hours on developing a tool, that burns your day and you have to start over again the next day.
Not to mention they do that 7 days a week and have for 2 years straight, even on Christmas and other holidays, I know I have talked to them. Yeah I am right there working 365 days a year too, fortunately my wife is patient.
But I am sure they like to have a life too, I am sure they have friends and relatives etc... Anyway, telling you to blow off is ok for a short time, but it quickly falls to the background.
Well thats a subjective question, especially for someone with 1 post. If you are working on link building for cnn.com then you can't do too much. If you are working on a site you started yesterday then Id do no more then 100 links a day to start.
Then of course there is everythign inbetween.

Yeah unfortunately I know all to well about long hours. If you read my original post and saw when I send ScrapeBox support the email at 4:30AM that morning! I think I was up till 10AM that morning working on that new server. I put in about 40 hours work in 3 days over the weekend.
I know all to well about working long hours! Which is kinda why I didn't want any crap activating my software.

Having dealt with ScrapeBox and support many times over the last 2, maybe more, years I can tell you this much.
Good things come to those who wait. Never had a problem with ScrapeBox or ScrapeBoard because I let them do their thing and wasn't constantly breathing down their neck.
I fully and completely trust this company but aside from that you have to remember that if you bought ScrapeBox here you bought it at a very big discount of $57 instead of the $97 that everyone else pays.
Not making excuses for them but they will fix everything, they must be having their own technical issues backstage. Lets just say that the discount price is their payment to BHW members to sometimes give them a little leeway when the proverbial shit hits the fan backstage.
Oh, one thing I know from experience, once you download the software and put in your name and TID number along with your PayPal email addie and you hit "Activate" then by all means DO NOT keep repeating this procedure. If you do enter all your details again and click the activation button again then you have just effectively moved yourself right to the back of the line for activation and if they have MANY activations to take care of then that means you're going to end up waiting that much longer.
This was explained to me back in 2009 by ScrapeBox support so perhaps this answers some questions regarding delays.

My SB success is so Low. i have submit a List of just 300 URLs that I am sure 90% AA (i made it just one day before and everything was right my link was found on all 300 URLs) but today its not working I have check every thing proxies ..etc but the success rate is still 1/100. most of failed entries are due to "Time out". Plz help

Its working for fine for me. Make sure your scrapebox is up to date. Do your proxies pass the google test? Even if they do they may still be blocked, but what errors are you getting?
That means that your probably have your connections turned up too high. Basically you set a timeout for the poster and scrapebox is unable to finish the request before that time expires. So it could be that you have so many connections going that your ISPs DNS can't keep up for your internet connection is not fast enough to handle it so they are timing out. Could be your timeout is set to low, so lower your connections and increase your timeouts.
Could also be that its the proxies are too slow, try different proxies, unless they are private proxies.
