I want to change the pc on which i have installed scrapebox, but i read ages ago in your thread, that scrapebox license can be run on one pc only.so if i delete/uninstall scrapebox from my older pc and install on newer one,so that shouldnt be a problem, right?

Hi guys i have a question for you. When using scrapebox and when you just start out and would like to use the proxy scraper but you don't have any proxies loaded into the program and you start harvesting and checking them can your ip address get banned for doing this since technically you didn't have any proxies loaded into the program. Hope this question makes sense. Please let me know. Thank you

I've never run into any problem with that, off the top of my head your ISP is the only source that I can see possibly having an issue with it. If you're overly-concerned about that, though, you could always harvest proxies while running through a proxy or VPN...though that would slow down the harvesting and testing, and probably give you really crappy results.

I wouldn't sweat it, just scrape away for proxies and enjoy.

On the TDNAM scraper what does the traffic columb mean..the one next to the price columb

IIRC that is the estimated monthly hits or visitors as reported by TDNAM.

EDIT: yep, that is the estimated monthly traffic that GoDaddy believes the name will get. The closeouts usually have pretty low traffic - triple-digits are about the highest you will ever see.

Good day everyone, I'm proud to announce that I have joined your fancy little club too... Just purchased SB a couple of days ago... Looking forward to use it in my campaigns.

I have only 1 question, is it reaaaally recommended to use proxies when posting? if yes, why? most blogs aren't related, so who can block your ip?

Ill use an example. I recently i verified a list with about 1 million links, majority of them forums. I used one IP to find out what kind of fun anti spam softwares there might be. BHW uses one for example.

Either way, It's for anti anti-spam reasons you might wish to use a private proxy, it is not needed technically since you will find sites without anti spam, but the gems are with anti spam systems.
Either that or unplug your network cable, with some luck that will generate a new ip for you :)

Ill take this one.. because you IP can be recoreded via akismet equipped blogs. Then any posts you do from your home IP spam or not will be blacklisted.

I use the backlink verifier sweet gives out for free. I imagine the one that's coded into scrapebox will work the same way rofl.

I'm just getting back into using scrapebox and i have a dumb question. If I tick "Custom Footprint" in the Harvester section for my custom footprint and I use "inurl:ipad" and then harvest... when it comes time to make comments what do I choose in the Comments section: wordpress, movable type, or blog engine?

Or should I never use the "Custom Footprint" radio button when I harvest because there is no corresponding "Custom Footprint" radio button to choose from in the Comment Poster?
