Hi...

I decided to Purchase this software Now... Also, i am a Newbie... I expect experts will help me for all about this software features...

thanks...

haha, are you kidding? Do you want people to do work for you as well, and deposit money into your bank account as well???

If you want to make money, spend the time to learn. No, don't have expectations of people going OUT of their way to help you. You're not going out of your way to help them, you're only going out of your way to expect them to help you.

I'm a noob too, but I don't post silly comments saying that I "expect" help. It's free for all, if you want to get ahead, put in some work. No one is going to put the work in for you.

Hehe, sign me up! I want people to deposit money into my bank account and work for me for free! :D

All in good fun, but in his defense if he is using English as a second languge he may just be miss using the word expect. OR he might just be a noob and not had his read end whipped yet.

Either way if any one wants my bank account number to make any deposits let me know.... :D-

Im very interested in this, I will be grabbing it probably in a week or so. But, can I use it to promote my blog? Ie - I make a blog about my niche, then I spam all other related blogs etc etc with the website being my blog address, and will this raise my blog rank?

Also, how soon should you expect to see an increase in google/bing/youtube rank using this software to make lots of backlinks?

Those are two loaded questions. Yes you can use it to promote you blog, but its not about just pushing a couple buttons and the money rolls in kind of thing. You have to understand the simulation. Go to the whitehat section and read greywolfs sticky, its great, wrap your head around that then armed with that use scrapebox.

You can expect to see results from days to years depending on your niche. Likely good results in a few months though if you do your other seo outside of sbox correctly.

That's great, I'm sure most of us all had a great time when Scrapebox was working properly. As you can tell from others recently in this thread Scrapebox is no longer working flawlessly. Let's be honest, the main feature doesn't even work properly anymore.

I've said it before in this thread, and Sweetfunny I guess doesn't really care to address it. Scrapebox crashed EVERY fucking comment blast, it doesn't matter the type of blasts, blogs used, whether its slow or fast mode.

Oh but wait, there's a reporting feature to report bugs. That would be great if that thing worked. It timesout, and tells me it can't connect to the server and shits out everytime.

:director: FIX SCRAPEBOX!

This shits getting old with it not working. My suggestion. KISS, keep it simple silly. I was always worried when you began adding more and more features, which means that you have to keep up with more and more shit. Now the main feature of this software doesn't even work well, or hell even at all.

Really? I am floored at the audacity it would take to even make such a post. Sbox is still working fine.

I have used it to successfully post to half a million urls from all 6 platforms it supports out of the box in the past 48 hours. Been able to harvest several million urls in the past 48 hours.

BTW, the primary function scrapebox was designed for is SCRAPING, not posting to blogs. Hence the name SCRAPEbox.

Perhaps you should try to spend some time experimenting with what might be wrong on your end before you go screaming that the sky is falling and that it must be broken cause everyone elses is working and yours isn't.

Anyway, frustrates me when I see posts like this. I have spent a good deal of time talking to Sweetfunny and they have pored their life into scrapebox for 9 months. Its an amazing product and they should charge 10 times what they do, plus a subscription, like xrumer.

For instance, I was recently getting a lot of crashes, and I hadnt been before. I had changed some settings, but didn't think it should cause that. Then it dawned on me it had been forever since I had done a windows update. Did the update and it mostly went away. I still have a few A/V issues, but thats on my end and I have just been too lazy to fix it. :)

On that note, you could have a virus, need updates, could need to adjust some of your windows settings (tons of possibilities here). Maybe just restart your pc, roll back to an old version, get a new pc... The list is endless.

If you can't figure it out, I would suggest that you put in a support ticket and politely ask SF to help you out and give you some suggestions of what might be the issue.

Awesome Post Matt .. that was very helpful indeed! However just have a quick question as far as the search op. Which combination do you think provides the best results as far as accuracy without filtering out all possible places to post?

Would a simple: allintitle:my target keyword

Be enough to get me relevant results + good volume or do you add other search operators? If so ..are you able to get past 200 scraped results for a general niche?

I am inclined to believe that something like:

intitle:"my target keyword" intext:"keyword"

Would have to yield better results... I'll try it out in a few mins and I'll report back w my findings...

BTW, I understand the golden point you made about page 100 results not being as relevant as results found in page 1 for a particular keyword, however I just want to find the best combination of search operators which will yield the best results because it seems to me (and pls correct me if I am wrong) that just throwing a list of keywords in the keywords box will show a boatload of results that may not be as relevant as if we were to use search operators such as "intitle" "intext" etc...

That feature is already in SB... just load the list of sites you posted to and run a link check from the comment poster section. Once it is done you can export the list of sites where your live link was found (in txt format) ... can't get a better report than that!

Quickly again (sorry I am in and out today, hopefully more time tomorrow)

On the search operators.

If your going to use:

intitle:"my target keyword" intext:"keyword"

intitle:"my target keyword" +intext:"keyword"

Both return different results. You could also combine the allintitle in there. It would really depend on your keywords. If you want to pm me an example I can mull it over and see what I can come up with.

But if I wanted say a Windows theme that was a car theme. If I use all in title and put windows vista themes it could bring up a broader array of results then useing intitle:"windows vista themes intext"car"

Cause the all in title could bring up a title that was themes for windows vista. Where using the quotes on intitle:"Windows vista themes" would not retun that result cause the quotes make it specific to being exactly in that order.

Using example one above google searches both terms separately and then averages the best results together. (I think, but I am not completely sure, and they change their algo all the time so who really knows anything )
Where as using the second example above with the extra + google would search for only pages where both appeared together. Anyway, it returned different results when I tried it.

Just throwing keywords in the box would return a boatload of results that may not be relevant.

That said it would depend on your niche and how specific you wanted to get. I would say start with keywords, if that doesn't do it, go to something like allintitle and if that doesn't return results you like try something with "" like the intitle intext deal. Also it could depend on the blog platform you are looking for and other things you may want to add into your footprint.

However, it would seem to me if you are wanting to drill all the way down to exact words and phrases in an exact order in the title and in the text that unless you have a massive niche that you may just want to comment on these pages manually as there won't likely be all that many of them. I mean at that point I would just pull the domains, trim to root, pull a site:%KW% and then check the PR of all the urls. Then just go manually comment on the most favorable ones. Just my 2 cents.

Anyway, off to watch a movie with the wife. Catch you tomorrow and we can discuss search theory a little more. :)

Didnt I wrote you already that you should try to install scrapebox into a new directory? Its probably that your installation is damaged. Try it. It worked for me...

How about not "Expecting" everyone to do everything for you, you want to learn about it, read about it or watch the videos. No ones going to hold your hand.

I meant like above your statement...

Really Thanks...

First , would like to thank you to Matt @ loopline for his awesome detail posts that has helped members here....

Follow this thread for couple days now and noticed few people put the blame on scrapebox for the failure/crash and whatnot that they are having...... and it really PUZZLES me.

I've been using SB for few months and explored 70% of the features. I normally have 20 - 30 % success rate for the first run and 50 - 80% after a few run. my SB only hanged 2 or 3 times as i remember. that was due to firefox and NOT SB. I was able to build about 400k+ my own auto-stick blog pages from 1k+ domains... and remember, i use FREE SCRAPED proxies . l could achieve faster & higher success rate with private proxies.
Your success rate depends on many factors - proxies, browsers/windows, SB setting, internet speed to name a few.
so, before blaming on SB, watch the videos and make sure everything's ok on your side......

To me SB works flawless and getting better and better !

THANKS SWEETFUNNY

For The Awesome Support On Scrape Box..

I sent an Email To SB Support Stating My Problems.. About the Harvester & Poster

They Told Me To Re-Download ScrapeBox...

I Followed the Advice, Even Though My Version Was Up To Date..

and It Worked!!

So To EveryOne Who Has Been Facing Harvesting Problems, This Just Might Fix it!

SweetFunny, Thanks Again!

Ezine articles view increaser doesn't work anymore since they updated their scripts.(ezine).
Btw for the other that;s waiting for activation , it's sunday.....she will get back to you in no time you'll see:P

I experienced the same thing - eZine article views did not go up.

However, I am confused as to why.

How does eZine know this is occurring, given that we are using proxies to do it?

Is it simply a matter of timing (pings happening too fast)?

Also, I just harvested 1158 proxies and chose to test them. I ended up with only 53 good proxies, the rest were bad. This, 4.5%, seems pretty low to me. Lots are being blocked and timing out (30 second timeout).

Why is there such a low percentage of good proxies?

Does ScrapeBox do "Forum profiles"?

Thx...

No, you would need xrumer for that mate. Scrapebox does a lot, but nothing with forums, outside of checking PR and scraping urls from Google for a footprint you might be looking for in a forum. More or less anyway.

Hope this helps everybody who has problems with Scrapebox: Try to lower the security settings in Internet Explorer.

I had problems using the fast blog commenter (failed, timeout) but they were were gone after I lowered my IE security setting. Not sure which of the many settings was causing problems, but I unchecked everything that looked like a restriction and now everything runs smooth again. I guess there was an automatic IE update that somehow affected SB.

How is IE even part of the equation?

I am using a stand alone application... which, I believe, has nothing to do with Internet Explorer.

Please elaborate. Thanks!

I purchased SB about a week ago after reading so many positive feedback, and watching the demo videos on Youtube and my main interest is on increasing the Ezine views.

However I'm not having much luck after following all the instructions? Basically scraped for a number of proxies and I was only trying to add another 10 views and that didn't work at all.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I wanted to post a link to the thread that I read about 10 hours ago, but couldn't find it right now.

eZine has done something that prevents Scrapebox from increasing your article views.

I experienced the same problem you did - and searched the forums and found someone that said it won't work anymore.

I am not having any success with SB yet. I am not giving up. I believe I must be doing something wrong.

Good luck
