HeyLooking to transfer Scrapebox to a VPS but I can't seem to find my transaction id. The gmail I used seem to have wiped all old emails and can't seem to find it anywhere. Is there a solution?

On the FAQ we have info regarding lost licenses:
So if you contact support letting us know your original purchase address, we can track down your purchase info and resend them to the purchase email address.

Hi There - I recently purchased premium scraper and sent across an email to support
I purcahsed the plugin for Verify Email module but it does not seem to be working with default settings
I get "error resting email" for all the emails I'm testing. Could you please look into it

On the Email Verifier you can click the "Options" tab, and then scroll down to "Test Email Settings" and you can add an email here and test the verification process.
It will produce a detailed log of the exchange between your machine and the email server. What does this return?

I'm not sure what email your license is user so i cant look anything up. However have you received an email?
The error is indicating the connection isn't leaving your machine, are you using an email port that works? What happens when you run the port test?

I'm unable to locate anything with just 5 numbers of the TID, and i cannot locate anything searching DanTe_0101. Searching just Dante comes up with over 100 results for support but none really recent.
So i can't give anything specific regarding your license transfer because i cant find your license, but a transfer failure is due to either 1) You entered the wrong license Email or Transaction ID 2) You are trying to use a Windows license on a Mac or vice versa 3) Or you have already used your free license transfer for the month, and your next free transfer is the first day of the month. In all those cases we send an email letting you know.
Or the other possibility is the license was transferred, and your security software/firewall is blocking ScrapeBox from running and connecting to the net.
Just a note to everyone, i've been pretty unwell the past few days with Covid. But i'm still pushing through it, and there's no pending license activations or transfers in the queue.

Ahh this was it.
I have 2 licenses can I use one of them for mac and one for windows?
I mean right now I am using windows on my mac and then using scrapebox lol but that instance is limited to 4gb ram only.

You can if one of them is a Mac license. When you purchase ScrapeBox you can choose to activate it on either Windows or a Mac. Whichever platform you activate the license for it will be bound to that platform for the life of the license.
Do you have just one URL that's giving this error so i can test it? I have not encountered it, and i don't recall any support emails from other users where this error was an issue.

Hi, I just bought the scrapebox to test it. I followed some videos but still confused about the utilization of this tool for my desired task. Newbie.
I have set of urls(backlinks) and I want to check those links in scrapebox to see if they are buildable by scrapebox and at last build links from those url's. Can it be done?

sweetfuny this just a feature request....but perhaps you might consider adding hreflang sitemap during exporting URL list as sitemap? or free plugin perhaps

In ScrapeBox you can load a list of URL's in to the search engine harvester grid. Then go to Grab/Check >> Check unregistered domains.
Then once you have the list you can check their metrics with the free Page Authority addon, or the paid Metrics Checker addon
With the comment poster, you could run the Page Scanner addon on your list and filter pages that can be posted to. Then run the passed URLs in the comment poster. But you are running lists twice, when you could just load them in to the poster and actually post. The comment poster itself will let you know which URLs worked or failed in one single run.

Also just to note, we are revamping the Mac edition of ScrapeBox and all plugins which will make it run a lot better, look more like the Windows version of ScrapeBox (with the menus at the top of the software rather than the top of the screen etc), and will run on the M1 architecture.
