now after i received the email, i opened the scrapebox but still it is showing not details of licence.
do i have to wait another 6-7 hours?

here is the official email from you on 2 Jan 2022 and now it is 4 Jan 2022. It is claimed that in 12 hours the licence is transferred but still more than 48 hours. Can you please check what is the issue?

just a question scrapebox seems having problem with monotone HWID https://github.com/sreechar/Monotone-HWID-Spoofer

its a tool for call of duty warzone (PC game) ..its seems scrapebox licence get messed up if i used both application on my computer...

Yes this is likely, a lot of software use the HWID for licensing so using another program to change the HWID will effect the licenses of those programs.

We already have the ScrapeBox Page Authority Addon which will give the PA/DA/MozRank/Links. As well as the Metrics Checker Plugin which has Moz, Ahref, Majestic, DomDetailer, Archive, Google and dozens of other metrics.

This license is from 2014 and we have sent a dozen emails about this license in the past few weeks, it's being used by different people and we emailed you as well and told you exactly what was happening. So i'm not sure why you are saying you got no response, or are you not even Bushra Javeed? Either way, we emailed multiple people multiple times and spent a bunch of time on this one.

This is why we dont permit reselling or sharing of licenses, i dont know who owns what machine or even if you are our customer so maybe it's active on the persons machine who bought the license and not yours?

I propose the following ways forward
1. can u help me in 1 to 1 inbox messages as i explained you, this Scrapebox account since 2014 is being used by me and Bushra javed is my cousin sister living in UK oldham and she is a PHD scholar , also working for UK government
2. if you want, i can arrange a zoom call with my cousin sister and u can verify that she didn't sold me this licence, infact she bought it for me as in Pakistan Paypal don't work even till now
3. If you want identity document , i can share you my identity document
4. since now i live and work in dubai, if you come to dubai, u can meet me, i can explain the situation, no selling is involved here.

Note : I explained you all situation honestly, now still if you don't want to activate my licence, tell me what can i do??

Even recetly i purchased GSA and honestly dealty with its owner Gseven , his thread here in BW as well.

Kindly don't abuse & drag your old customer like this. its a humble request

This is beyond the scope of what any support should have to deal with, and the mods have already had to deal with your posting in our sales thread against the BST rules and you have done it again.

Under the Terms of Service ScrapeBox licenses cannot be shared, resold or transferred to anyone else. We ignore this unless a particular license causes us a lot of issues as this has. It's now in the hours of time this has cost and emails back to November. Therefore this is a warning, any further posts or work caused by this license will result in it's termination.

Ive been using scrapebox for 7 years! This is one of THE BEST pieces of software I have EVER used. It does SO MANY useful things!! I wouldn't be able to work without it in some cases.

I am having an issue with installing scrapebox on my Mac. I was unaware that this was possible and super excited to be able to use it on my everyday computers! But alas, it will not install. :/ Will this be fixed? I was going to buy a second license so that I can use SB on my Mac and my windows server.

Is url shortener addon still supported? I tried to shorten a handful of links just now and every one of them failed except tinyurl shortner. Could you confirm that mass url shortener addon still works?

in addition for the following error right before the shortening with tinyurl is done :

After filling in my details into the form and hitting the submit button, there is a failure notice that says that the details could not be submitted. I tried several times on several days. This is because it's not from the Apple app store, you can still install it. Please checkout this article "Safety open apps on your Mac" https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202491

We released an update to resolve this, YellowPages.com made some changes to their site which broke the scraper. So just ensure you have updated the plugin.

Are you running ScrapeBox v2.1.0.0 or higher which was released April 2020? This is the minimum version required to active, the latest version is v2.1.0.27 so as long as your are running anything from the last 27 versions and ScrapeBox can connect to the internet you shouldn't get this error. We have a note on the contact page.

If you are running v2.1.0.xx and it's still not working it's likely connection related, so just send us through an email we will need to grab a logfile to see what's happening.

Hey can someone contact me? I sent a ticket yesterday.

I bought the Mac version about a year ago give or take. I don't use SB that much, but when I need it I need it.

Went to fire it up yesterday and it just shuts down immediately. It'll open and search for updates or whatever, but within a few second it shuts down.

I got an issue with my license... purchased yesterday then waited till today then it started working. Was working all day but when I closed the program and reopened its now asking for license details again as shown below

Wonder why everytime I close the program I need to wait 12 hours or whats going on?
