Unfortunately, kindablack and his team weren't able to speed up my site, however, this was largely due to some of the plugin's I'm using (which I can't disable as their fundamental to what my site offers). Although they weren't able to speed it up, they offered some suggestions into what I could look into and gave me a full refund without me even having to ask for it. Even though the outcome wasn't successful (through no fault of their own), the experience was really positive! I'd highly recommend this service to anyone - it's a complete no-brainer when you either get guaranteed results or full money back!

Yup, they'll need access to the dashboard so they do ask for a password. If you're slightly on the cautious side like I am you can just make them their own Admin account and download + enable WP Security Audit Log (free). That way you can see exactly what they've changed just for your own piece of mind.
