Hi, I started with this VA service and it is actually going great. I did notice one large glaring hole in my business. I NEED SOPs and I need them fast. I currently am working on another project as I took a consulting gig and am struggling to churn out basic SOPs to maximize the effectiveness of my VAs. I also am nervous about writing SOPs for things I am not technically strong on. Does anyone have a solution for this.

For example. I "manage" a twitter, instagram etc but I am doing a poor job of it. If I want consistent growth, content & outreach I need to know better ways. So I am not in a position to write out an SOP on all of these things.

If anyone has SOPs that they can share, I am desperate. Anything I can pass along to my VAs or event tweak and pass along that would be a great help. Or any online resources that have a library of digital marketing SOPs would be great as well.

So far I only have 2 SOPs related to order management, being my personal assistant and customer support and they are thin, not good.
