We have a VA with you guys but I tried to get back into the space today on ClickUp and can't. You guys have been billing us (which is fine) but doesn't look like there is any way for us to use the service we pay for? We don't have huge requirements but when a task arises we need it doing and you guys have been great.

We haven't had any tasks done since September 2021 but have been billed. Again, like I said this is fine, we just like to keep paying incase something comes up that we need to do and think the monthly cost is a small price to pay to have someone do something when we need it.

Here's proof of use of the service since 2020. Please get in touch to sort this out. I've cancelled the payment and can re-start it once we can get access again.
