Billing System Update & Resolution

Recently, a technical malfunction in our billing system caused renewal attempts on a small number of inactive or cancelled subscriptions. In most cases, these attempts failed automatically due to expired or blocked cards, but in some cases, charges may have been processed on older accounts that were no longer active.

• The issue was fully identified and resolved.
• Legacy billing processes have been permanently disabled to prevent any recurrence.
• All impacted customers who reached out have been fully refunded.

The website literally hasnt functioned correctly for months since the relaunch. This is a very poor service and for us lifetime members its very frustrating and dissapointing - please do not relaunch until your website is fully fixed

I feel you guys. Fortunately, our basic functions like downloading, searching, and browsing are available now.
Please check and report back in case you encounter any issues.

P.s. it has been a very hectic month with loads of unforeseen problems due to the recovery of our service.
Fortunately all outstanding critical issues have been resolved like the recurring payment problem and logging in.

When can I expect the site to be stable again?
The last few months, the has been broken one way or the other half of the time I use it. Yesterday I couldn't even log in. Now I can login, but only in the forum, the main site doesn't recognize my account and I can't download anything, the log in also becomes unresponsive.

I want to create a site, and need these plugins. Having lifetime membership and trust on Festinger I was very sure I'd be fine. However, I can't download a single thing, when I clicked download, I automatically got signed out and now I am clicking and clicking but the signin button just refreshes the page.

No it's not. Tried few times, get the 'magic link' and I don't get logged in after clicking. Its pretty annoying that the site every few weeks is different with new techniques. Build something what's clear and stick with it; don't fix what isn't broken.
