The site and the plugin are difficult to use, this approach of using similar names for plugins makes everything a big mess. Try explaining to a client that plugin Y used on the site is similar to plugin X

It would be a shame if we didn't have something like in the past.

I can't see that happening....."forked" means modified to avoid issues with copyrights (I think)

Yeah modified, different name, but there is no WOO plugins anymore... Or I can't find any

i registered with a new free account.

i then searched for every one of the themes & plugins i wanted & not one of them came up with any results on your site.
(some of them are quite common)

i then searched for "wordpress" & that came up with "0" results as well, so how are we suppossed to find anything ?

in the welcome email, where it says "Please check this tutorial in order to get started:" - the page is not online.

the email also mentions about discourse community rules & regulations, but it does not mention the discourse group.


so how do we find all the plugins & themes etc & when will everything be on there (all 25,000 ) ?

A few days ago you could still search successfully for wp-rocket or rank-math and get the new name of the plugins like vault seo bla in the search result.

But today it doesn't work anymore. Hope that works again, because I will certainly not read through 2k plugins just because I'm looking for a plugin
