Deleted member 752298 I've had enough. I'm a Festinger user. I'm extremely satisfied with it.
On the other hand, communication following the various problems encountered is catastrophic.
I have more than 50 websites using Festinger. None of them are updated.
We've been waiting for two months now, without knowing if we'll ever see the service online again.
The multiple identical responses on this post really give the impression of a huge SCAM. Copy and paste on every page from unknown users supporting Festinger. We are not duepes!
I'm hopeful that Festinger will bounce back, changes are being made to the website, so it's not abandoned.

At first we had to wait two weeks, but now it's nearly 3 months.
Legally, while awaiting the court's decision, the services can remain operational. That's the law.
We are told to wait and wait and wait, without ever getting any real news, not even a date for the court's response.
After the latest update, it's easy to see that Festinger's developers have got down to work and aren't taking us for cash cows.
We need to be reassured, to have a REAL answer that doesn't beat around the bush.

Festinger, answer us! We who have always defended you and who stand on your side against the enemy of Internet freedom.

So Martin in other words, you are out of business?
By out i mean for current users, because as you sure know, WP infrastructure need's constantly updates, and now all your customers will search for alternative and if they pay somewhere else and the product will be ~ +- the same, they will stick to the new alternative.

So to be full transparent festingervault can be closed for 3 month, can be for 6 month or can be forever.

As a longterm subscriber of FestingerVault with subscriptions totalling almost $600 over the years I've now sent a refund request via PM. I do hope this will be taken care of promptly and will post here once it's done.

I look forward to the hopeful return in future however given the fickle nature of WordPress updates I will have to use alternatives in the meantime.

It's a real shame but for now I don't see any other choice as I foresee this going on for quite a bit longer.
