I was informed that you’re unable to process refunds at the moment because your funds are frozen. Honestly, that's quite disappointing. You continued to collect payments for two additional months, even though the service wasn't working and you were aware of the legal issues.

Deleted member 752298 Dont worry about negative comments. We are with you! I have recently taken lifetime membership and i have not even used it, still i do not want any refund. Keep working towards legal issues because whole GPL world is keeping eye on your progress. If you loose this case then they will sue all GPL sites to court.

They charged me yesterday so even now they haven't stopped the monthly payments for a service that isn't being provided anymore. More than that, I got charged twice this month and can't even login on the website to access the Billing section. Finally I got yesterday's charge refunded & subscription cancelled through Paddle's chatbot.
