yes it is good, very good support, even telephone support. though they provide updates very slow and some plugins are not updated from months. but other everything is good. you can also try gpl times and gplvault, they both provide automatic updates, so no hassle.

Courts can take more than a year to give their verdict. By looking at wordpress drama going right now, I don't think you can restart if wait for their verdict.
