Hello, I haven't heard back yet about my refund request. I found out about Festinger's services through this forum, but although it was great while it lasted, I can't expect much more. I'm a lifetime user and I'm getting inundated with refund requests for my business. Therefore, I would like to receive the refund and look for a new solution.

September 7 your server colocation place died / fried / flooded etc
September 9 You got claim from Automaticc and Woocommerce ( Festingervault was offline at this time)
Cort hearing is October 2.
Cort's verdict should be in 2 weeks so about October 16.

So now we all wait for October 16, and I don't know how in your country but in mine you can run business until you get Cort order to stop

Your servers go down and conveniently you have a lawsuit from WordPress itself that decided to go after you? in that same month? Also, what do you mean you "took down the content to avoid fines"? If there's no decision on the case, you shouldn't take down content.. Something's fishy.
Lawsuits are (always) public, can you provide a link to the ongoing court case on any jurisdiction?

We will await the short hearing on the 2nd of October to prevent any financial penalties.
The short hearing is on October 2nd, and the verdict is expected within two weeks of that date.

One does not have be a lawyer to know that selling nulled plugins and themes is illegal. Battling this in court makes no sense at all, because you will loose and you will have to pay for the lawyers of the opposing party. Close down the site and start a new one with better opsec.

It's not illegal, read the GPL license. Also it seems like the lawsuit is against Festinger's user of the trademark Wordpress, which is not a problem to use either, look at WP Engine case.
