I got a review copy from Festinger. And here's my review,

First of all, the website is very clean pleasant to the eyes, the UI and UX make me happy when searching through the huge list of themes and plugins they have, navigating through the whole site is easy and intuitive.

If you have issues and have no idea which themes and plugins to use you can even sort them by highest rating/popularity /most recent/latest update ect.

Festinger even created an FAQ page as he knows there will be common questions asked when using his services.

Lastly, I love the fact there is even a request function on his site in case the theme/plugin you want is not there or not updated.

Overall 10/10 would recommend

The lifetime deal would be such a GREAT VALUE since his always updating the themes and plugins hopefully he gives us a discount for the lifetime deal

Once you downloaded a theme or plugin, it will be bound to the domain.
So there is no way to change this after you downloaded one of the items.
