Yes for sure. Install the vault plugin and click on 'download' - it will be downloaded to your local drive.

Got it. I downloaded Yoast 16.1 but the downloaded version is still 16.0.3. I hope you could look at this matter. Thanks.

So you HAVE to use the "vault plugin" to download plugins now? There's no other way?
Yes, because our automated system has been redesigned and completely integrated with the plugin.
You can always install the plugin on a demo / staging server and use that as your primary download website.
I have tested the new version of the vault with the plugin a while ago, and was amazed of how easy it became to install plugins and themes compared to how it normally worked.
A great upgrade to the whole system, which the current and new customers will love for sure!

Having been given access to the vault through the new plugin, I was eager to test it out (admittedly due to being a bit busy, a friendly reminder from @Festinger refreshed my memory.)
It connects to your site, all you need to do to signup is enter a couple of details and then you'll be given access to a key and Festginer's own plugin which connects to your site for downloading the plugins. The process took me a few minutes to figure out, but it was still relatively easy.
After downloading the program, you enter the license key that you get from the site in order to download plugins and themes.
I tried it out by using it to download and install a plugin. You can download to your computer, or download and install them directly to your site from the Vault, which is pretty cool. You can also select different categories for the themes / plugins and upon clicking an item, you can get more information on it in a new tab.
It's still in the early stages, but I'm certainly interested in seeing how he'll improve the tool further.
Conclusion: Overall the experience was seemless and easy, and something that I'd see myself using the future.. Many thanks to @Festinger for this.

1st of all, I've tried Deleted member 752298 since a while back in time,
I was always amazed by this service which basically gives you a total gold mine for just $10,
Now with the new version, things became even much easier,
using the vault new plugin, I can literally download and install any plugin/theme to my website within a couple of clicks
the new vault plugin seems to be working just fine so far,
never faced any kind of major bugs or problems
I would suggest adding a white theme to the vault (optional),
also, I would love to see a direct update button of the plugins in the plugins.php page
maybe none of these are that big deal for now, but it could be added to the future enhancements list
overall, this is a service that I would personally advise to anyone looking for a cheaper way to get legit & clean plugins/themes
so, if you're managing your own website(s) or PBN, this is a service that you must be aware of and it will help you to save a lot

I am a lifetime paid member of earlier version i.e. Vault v 1.0 and it was a great deal and I am glad that I picked it up. Festinger has been very responsive in case any update is required for any plugins and themes.
I faced only one issue with his service with regard to elementor pro, which I think is mainly due to how the plugin is structured and that too was resolved in some time even though its a very complex issue
Other than that the support, updates and range of plugins have been excellent and now even more stuff is added. I have made multiple times of what I paid as one time fees at that time.
So, it a recommended from my side
PS: Festinger did not contact me to write this review, its only due to my gratitude towards his great service that I am writing this

Well... what to say about @Festinger, the god of the plugins.
The new vault is much better than the old one, within a couple of clicks you can have hundreds and hundreds of premium plugins at a ridiculous price, it's insane.
I've found every plugin and theme needed so far, so that's a good point, the vault is giant.
As I used the vault before, I didn't find any bug/problem, but I'll keep looking.
I recommend @Festinger 's vault... you will not regret it nor the support he gives.
