If your going to provide products and put them in the ‘most popular’ section of your website. Please make sure they work.
No point in putting Wordpress theme up for download when the user can’t even download the template that the theme comes with. Falsely advertised.

It has come to my attention that this seller is reporting my feed back as false.
It is not false. This is the screenshot that is labelled on the theme.

The theme doesnt work, it doesnt allow you to download the templates which makes up 100% of why someone would download a theme in the first place.

The seller is trying to scrub bad reviews and thats not cool, in a free speech environment to some extent

What makes this worse is that the JupiterX theme was the first thing i downloaded, because its listed as a 'popular item' on his website. The there is the label that it 100% works. But then you go to use the theme and it doesnt work. Because all the templates are locked.
How is that correct advertising. It was the first and i have to admin one of the reasons why i signed up to the Festinger service in the first place. Not cool to try and scrub reviews but do you buddy.

One last screenshot and them im not dealing with this anymore. This was my first ticket on the sellers site.
The he immediately gets defesive and starts wanting to report my review.

Seller thinks its okay to not help the customer but instead get all defensive, label the customer as in the wrong and then report them for leaving a 'real' feedbacki.

I hope admin can leave this here.

A quick review from my side - I got another review copy from Festinger and this is my summary:

A great website that can literally save you thousands of bucks - In the past, i had the chance to test both the Shopify and the Wordpress Vault and i love them both - If you really compare 1 single plugin (which can sometimes cost up to 50 - 100$) with Festingers Vault then you are literally saving hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. On top of that, he has a lifetime plan which is just outstanding.
Festinger is a person that really can be trusted and i am happy that he is a part of the forum - With all the shares that he has provided freely on BHW you can already save lots of money.

It's fair to say that this BST is probably one of the best ones in BHW!

I posted this on this thread and he ignored it again.

I'm cancelling my subscription after a long time user. What a shame.

Thanks for your review @everythingred - I am sad you've experienced this with our service.
Unfortunately, the automated update system failed a few times in the last week (unable to process huge files and extract them).
We've set now a limit for the file size and these are put 'on hold'. I will update them manually.

- it's a backup/migration software similar to Updraft, it's "freemium" (also like Updraft) but the free version only allows restorations of small sites, the unlimited extension (which is a lifetime upgrade purchase) removes this limitation. It's a very good backup-restore-migration software.

- for "resetting" a WP installation, also freemium, but the free version doesn't reset/wipe certain things such as media and other similar content, anyway it refreshes your entire site/database back to default, which, in-combination with the above All-In-One plugin makes a great toolkit for testing/wiping/rebuilding/testing other things for wordpress development & staging.
