I didn't thought a freel trial would be for month but I found that it's "1 download once that's it" yet I appreciate you given us this chance in the first place
here's my honest review:
-the website is amazing and easy to use and have a lot of items I expect to find a service like that easily.
-I used my one try to download a theme that I already know but the differnce I found is "no documents files" "no child theme" only the theme, it wasn't updated so i I requested upated through the cool feature they have to see how fast the response is gonna be from 2 jan to 6 jan and yet I don't see any updates so far, this was my experience.

Please note that we only upload installable files to our website as our Deleted member 752298 plugin is designed based on the installable files.
Our system cannot define any of the 'documentation files' or the installable 'zip files' within a full theme zip file.
Can you let us know what theme is outdated? So we can check it manually for you, thanks.

so, you don't upload these things manually! but what's the solutions if the theme wasn't upload as a whole! and if we could get these documents somehow
