Look, Mr. Festinger, I genuinely love your work. I believed in it so much that I paid for it with money I honestly couldn’t even spare. And that’s exactly why this situation feels so wrong.

When someone pays for a service, they do so with the expectation that the value they paid for won’t suddenly be handed out to everyone else for free. If a tool that used to require a paid membership is now available to the public at no cost, then what exactly was the point of paying for it in the first place? How am I supposed to feel other than foolish for investing in something that’s suddenly free to all?

I want to be clear: this isn’t about getting a refund. The money is already spent, and I stand by my own decisions. What bothers me is the sense of betrayal. Those of us who trusted the project, who supported you, who believed in the value of what you built now feel like we’ve been undercut. It’s like being stabbed in the back by the very platform we stood behind.

And from a business perspective, I honestly don’t understand the strategy. If everyone can access the same tools without paying, where does future revenue come from? What incentive will anyone have to pay later? In theory, giving everything away sounds noble — but in practice, it destroys the very concept of premium value. I paid for a privilege, and now that privilege is gone.

I’m not angry about the money. I was upset because I spent a year standing by you and this project, only to see what we believed in suddenly given away for free. That makes it feel like everything we supported wasn’t valued after all.

All great things are worth something. When I first discovered Festinger, it felt like finding a unicorn. But now that everyone can ride that unicorn for free, what makes it special anymore?

And I do NOT seriously want a refund, you did earn it with my respect back then (and now), but man, I'm just SUPER MAD that you basically just gave my unicorn to EVERYBODY to basically ride for free.

I requested you multiple times for a proof of payment but you cannot provide any. I understand you're trying to make use of the situation, but I can't help your problems related to the account you purchased from a reseller.

You use the AI to help you with the website, now you lost the backup of the users, then how can I help you with this? I said just check your old website backup and you will see the payment.

No, it's not resolved at all. It's been over 36 hours since you said you were looking into it. I can login and view my dashboard, but can barely search, nothing can be downloaded except the FV plugin but what good is that if my licenses are not viewable?

The site is the same as it has been for the past week. Nothing still works.
Are the community forums gone forever? Haven't seen it online for much longer

Wait a second, now Festinger is FREE UNLIMITED for ALL users? BUT I PAID FOR A LIFETIME and I didn't EVEN use it much because a few months into the subscription Festinger got those legal trouble BS that I've been desperately following for ALMOST A YEAR, now it's free for all people BUT the people that actually PAID for it? (you know because WE PAID it's NOT free for us!)

I want a refund for my money! I'm NOT hating on people getting for free what I had to pay for (and didn't even use most of the time because of those legal BS battles!) I'm hating the fact that I supported the project with $$$ that I actually borrowed to start my own online business NOT TO GET RICH but just to SURVIVE on this third world SHITHOLE of a country that I can't even get out of due to visa limitations! I supported Festinger with a money I don't even own and I still have to pay it back, and now it's FREE AND ULIMITED TO EVERYONE? Life is TRULY unfair toward me man.

Please give me a refund, at least I'll pay that damn loan!

Says it is 25k items, but there is only 6.4k items.

Asked Martin several times, he said he will upload 500 per day, but think again, this nether happened.
So thread info misleading members, or new members who are willing to order service.

Deleted member 752298 , we've received numerous complaints from buyers that your service has dropped in quality + claims that are not valid anymore, therefore your thread has been closed.

If you wish to re-open this service, you'd have to submit Thread Edit Request and go through a re-testing of the service to ensure you can deliver what you advertise and that the quality is back at the expected levels.

The seller is still expected to complete any outstanding orders up to the standards they've advertised. If your order does not get fulfilled by the advertised TAT, please open a dispute thread here.
