Hi, yes correct there is a smartlink for sweepstakes only. In general, it will mostly contain SOI offers for tier1 (email submits, top converting offers) and some PINs and different type of submits for tier2/tier3/different countries. If you're referring to email submits for ALL GEOs it won't be possible, since lower tiers usually doesn't have email submit offers whatsoever. Although, you don't have to worry about it, since you will always get top converting offers on rotation.

I'm not exactly sure how you find 0.10$ to 0.40$ EPC for adult traffic a bad thing, but all the clicks and leads are tracked properly. Traffic quality depends on different factors such as GEO, device, traffic source and I need more information before I can tell you more. If you are having any issues or different numbers than from own 3d party tracker, feel free to PM your email and I will take a look.

Correct, although as mentioned, you should understand that different affiliates have different traffic sources. ECPM is just a general data on the platform for the last 7 days.
For example, a guy using cheap pop ups traffic and one having quality traffic from Tinder/Badoo will have WAY different results.

Yes, it's allowed and actually works quite well if you have quality traffic. It's hard to determine as I don't know the quality of your tube though. Give it a shot, won't hurt to try - feel free to PM if any help needed
