US-TX-4 has been reinstated. All possible faulty drivers have been reinstalled. We highly confident the issue won't exist in the future!

15 days compensation will be added within 72 hours. If it's passed this timeframe and you see your VPS hasn't been extended, please hit us up with a ticket ;)
Thanks.

Dude, you just liked my post and didn't even reply. I'm still waiting for the VPS.

Site says:
5-MINUTE DEPLOYMENT
Long waiting line?
Nope, our provisioning process is automated. Thus, your server will be online within minutes!

I bought it because of this, and I'm so disappointed.
You shouldn't say something that you can't do, that's so fake.
I really needed a VPS asap...

Yes, as I mentioned many times in earlier comments, the provisioning queue is currently hold and on manual review.

Recently there has been a glitch that deploy multiple VPS on 1 single order (of 1 VPS) [Sorry we can't go with further information as the glitch still remains], that's why we are are holding this until further inspection from our devs (they are off until past New Year eve).

I'm currently taking care of all orders now! My apologies for all the waits!

Edit: Forgot to mention that more than 3/4 pending orders have been deployed just now! Please await for the activation email that will come in your mail box soon ;)

Edit 2: For any further information, please reach us out via ticket desk or my personal skype: feezioxiii for fastest answer as possible as we are not allowed to reply multiple times here on thread (Forum rules).

Edit 3: All pending VPS should be deployed by now!

Thank you for you guys patience and understanding!

Hi guys, first of all, we thank you for baring with us throughout the issue.

I will do my best to address some issue that has been upsetting you guys in the last couple days:

1. US-TX-4 Outage:

There has been 4 outages occured in the last 10 days (just crashed the 4th time today).

All affected VPS should be online again by now, for further information, please check out our announcement: https://billing.hyonix.com/client/plugin/announcements/client_main/view/11/

- We will be live-migrating (your work will still running) your VPS to a new server tomorrow as the last resort to this issue.
- This issue was very generic (I can't even find a similar case throughout forums and providers group). All possible solutions have been done and yet the issue still there.
- We can't immediately replicate the issue, a simple server restart would temporary solved it, the server will crash within 24-72 hours. That's why we can't do much troubleshoot on the error itself and can only do anything that related and might happen (even the rare case of hardware failure), then 'hopefully' the solution will work.
- Regarding uptime, all others US-TX nodes have been running solid for few months without a hiccup (99.9-100%): http://status.hyonix.com this is the first case we ever experience such repeated issue.

Last of all, we are highly appreciated all the polite and positive actions/comments towards our ticket desk and fully understand you guys frustration (for such repeated issue, who don't?), me myself can't even has a straight sleep during this issue :D

2. Slow response in ticket.

- In the year end period, everyone on my support team are busy due to various of personal reasons, so we are kind of short on hands to respond to all submitted tickets (still 24 hours response guaranteed)
- I - as an owner, will make some changes after this hectic period ends, and will be sure to provide a good support just like before ;)

3. Emails ended up in Spam.

- In the last couple days, we've received some report that our activation as well as tickets ended up in spam box. We will be switching to Amazon SES for the best delivery rate possible in few days after verification process is done on AMZ side ;)
-For the moment, please whitelist our contact: [email protected] on your mail box to receive the latest update possible.

4. Delays in provisioning.

-Recently, we've upgraded our backend that you can now reinstall your VPS as you wish without opening tickets like before (backup will be added soon!). This has caused some glitches to be occured on our end, and one of the most critical one is multiple VPS being deployed and assigned in a single order (with even 1 VPS). We
- And yet, due to the year end effect, our devs aren't available to fix this issue. This should be all available again in 10th-15th Jan 2019 ;)

We are sincerely apologize for all inconveniences and will promise to not let this happen again in the future!

2 things i need to talk about:

FIRST:
I'm sincerely sorry for the trouble caused. I will be giving all affected VPS 15 days of usage for free due to this incident.

You had said this..

15 days compensation will be added within 72 hours. If it's passed this timeframe and you see your VPS hasn't been extended, please hit us up with a ticket ;)

Also, before that for previous incident you had said you will give 3 days extra.. So total you had promised 18 days extra..

You have not added a single day.. I am not going to hit you up with a ticket.. it takes forever..and in ticket you say it will be updated, it will be updated.. Its never updated.. So no solution expect posting here.. 4 time crash and many time more than 12 hr crash.. totally unacceptable service..

SECOND:
Also, you had told me in msgs you will move me to other stable server to solve this issue and had promised that it will never happen..Still it happened again for forth time..
Every day i am having problems because of this..
I had expected much better service.. But nothing has happened on this front... Same every day server crash..and my business suffers because of this.. If that particular server is not working.. then take it out of service.. I dunno what to make of this..

Yes, I admit the above statements are correct and believe the communication could have been better if it wasn't me who is the only one handle the outage :D The fastest way possible (at time like this) would be updating all at once via announcement, which I encouraged everyone that affected to check frequently instead of bumping ticket (the time used to reply to the same-type ticket should be better spent on resolving the issue). I've written as much details as I could that related to the issue on the announcement (including time frame, reasons, efforts, why it keeps repeating).

I've also made it clear that all affected VPS will be compensated within 24-72 hours once the outage resolved which is not yet passed (and those will be done for sure, no worries about this! - There will be no VPS expired during this time as the server was only brought in production ~10 days ago)

Regarding moving nodes, yes I did promise to move VPS to the other stable server (US-TX-1 2 3), which could have been done but:
- I highly believed after the 3rd crash, the problem is already fully resolved (explained: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/h...-seo-tools-bots.1022212/page-47#post-11662550 and announcement) which is ... again, crashed. :(
- As unfair as it may sound, we tried to move some VPS already (alphabetical orders - no exception as all clients are treated equally the same). Sadly only a few (less than 5) are move-able due to lack of spaces left on other servers. It will require me to overload the current nodes if I moved all VPS over, and with our service quality, we can't afford overloading nodes (lower performances).

However, as the last solution, we ordered a new server, paid for prioritized shipping (should be delivered within 48 hours from CA to TX). Backing up all VPS on US-TX-4, and live-migrating over the new one. I strongly believe we can end this issue one and for all today, (server will be arrived within few hours and will be prioritized racking as well) and update will be followed on the announcement https://billing.hyonix.com/client/plugin/announcements/client_main/view/11/ once we received the server.

I'm deeply sorry for the issue we caused to your business, I admitted we could have done better and have already modified the server testing process from now on (US-TX-4 has already passed our initial testing to bring into production).

Thank you for you guys patience and understanding with us!

Even right now since some time I am trying to login to my VPS but I cannot do so.
Again your VPS has crashed and not working..
This is 5th time in less than 10 days..
Pathetic
As I said to you already, with all due respect, I've explained and shared everything I could to somehow have you understand the situation, and also gave you an option to opt out with pro-rated refund if you feels like our service did not meet you expectation and never forced you to stay with us nor saying that you won't have any refund (as we admitted this is our side fault).

Undoubtedly, some customer has already opted out due to the hassle, we understand that, gladly approved all request and take this as a lesson ;)

I'm highly confident that you will be more pleased with a host that actively update customer and constantly share/resolve issue than a host that barely hit issue but once it does, everything breaks ;) Our service has been growing rapidly throughout the year, some major issues has been resolved promptly and I believe that's what make our customers sticked with us for a long time - they know that we won't run away from issues and will try our best to assist you as much as we got.

Without further talking about this, we already had a planned migration ahead within hours. If you can't stand with us, please back up your data and request for an immediate refund, we never wanted our customer to be dis-satisfied in any way :D If your patience allowed, we are still updating clients via announcement (mentioned many times via tickets and this thread and everywhere we could), stay for further update and let's end this together!

Edit: All issues have been addressed in our post: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/h...-seo-tools-bots.1022212/page-47#post-11662550 for anyone who missed ;)

Hi, I have a VPS from another provider which is currently running. But the VPS datacenter I am using is from France,, wondering if you have France locations in your VPS.. would like to migrate to your VPS services since I have seen some great reviews of your services in this thread.

2 questions:
1. How will pro-rata refund be calculated if i wish to opt for it ? What about the down time ?

2. You said this:
we already had a planned migration ahead within hours
Also, Your announcement on hyonix.com says this within the post:
At 4:00 AM, server has been racked up. We are awaiting the cabling and raid installation on the server!

So is there going to be any more downtime ? Or what will happen now, will i have issues while it is being migrated ?
