Very good advice... I personally use AWS with Vesta panel and it holds load pretty well. But any US based (if your traffic is coming from US) will work. Woocommerce is really heavy for shared hosting... At first it'll run flawlessly until you start having a decent traffic coming to your website than your website will start overloading.

amazon aws free tier will run your woocommerce wordpress just fine
if you have hundreds of orders in your database you may want to upgrade your server, but until then it's not needed
I definitely recommend it because
1) they have decent FREE tier servers
2) amazon offers so much services and you can solve sending emails (also free) etc very quickly
3) they have many server locations around the world and you can choose the closest one to your audience to get the fastest loading times
