On its website, PayPal gives the examples of services, digital goods, travel and event tickets as intangible items. Just do what we said. If not you will have more hassle. It's up to them to prove it and if there is no tracking PayPal 99% of the time go with the claimant.

Then it becomes your word against theirs. You could send an empty box etc or a proof on a digital download (that had nothing in it)

I would never do anything of these things im just highlighting how it can easily be done and I agree with above people saying get Buyer Protection. I have it and it makes sure this cant happen to me.

By sending something and having that proof of sending already will make the dispute in your favor. If they send a picture of the empty box it just looks like they received the item and claiming they didnt and scamming you. etc etc

Everytime the parcel is measured (size and weight) so it can not be an empty box but..... if you have not received what you paid for than along with paypal dispute the buyer can contact authorities because it is an infringement.
