Paypal scam

Hello guys!

I hope you are fine ! my situation is i am from country where we can not withraw money from paypal to a local bank and we need US bank to do it . this leads me to look for someone living in USA so i can send money to him or her . i find one brand which i dealt in the past and talked to her . she said that she will help me recieve my money by moneygram so i sent to her 700$ but i sent it as goods and services not as family and gifts but i did not determined any goods . now she did not reply on me even she saw my messages . yes! i did mistake . please i need your help . what to do ???

Try to charge back. Dispute that you received any service or product

Open a case with PayPal and claim your money back.

They cannot proved they delivered the goods, so Chargeback is the way to go.

If there's a next time don't get scammed again.

You can not withdraw to your local bank but maybe you can withdraw on your debit card ? Where are you from ?

That you bought goods and never received them.
Luckily you never sent it friends and family then you would be screwed.

Say you ordered and paid for a second laptop and never received it, or make something up, bullshit a little. If you don't then you can say goodbye to your money. If the scammer provides a fake delivery notice you will be screwed anyway.

this sounds interesting, how does one fake a delivery notice, is there a market for that?

Wouldn't you need a tracking number for that and it wouldn't work. Not to my knowledge with PayPal.

There is, there are even fake websites that show delivery notes and tracking # numbers.

Open a ticket with PayPal and claim your money back , also send to them your conversation screenshot and tell them no worked recived

Lets say someone purchased an item from me for $500. I go to post office the next day and send them a 50cent postcard with $20 tracking on it express mail. I send the tracking number to paypal to prove i sent the item. Simple.
