Paypal lifetime ban and dropshipping

Hi everyone,
I have been dropshipping for 3 months and have found 2 semiwinners (they died fast). I had been using my paypal account for 3 years and when I got my first dropshipping sale it got limited. I called them and they asked me to submit some documents. I am 17 so I submitted a photoshopped id that worked fine for 2 weeks in which I scaled my store. They found out the id was fake after 2 weeks and my acc got limited (no solution this time) so I created a paypal acc under my moms name, linked her credit card and started a new shopify store. The only correlation with the 2 paypal accs was the ip and device. Today they banned my moms acc so I guess I will never be able to use paypal again. Here is my question:
Is there a way to use paypal knowing that my name, my id (id in paypal is required when you get lots of orders), my ip and my device are blacklisted on paypal?

Do they really block IP aswell? I'm not so sure.

The moment you turn 18, you can send them an email to request a review of the previous ban.

End of the day, try to avoid using that joker payment option.

Try another payment method or if you really wanna use PayPal then open an account under another family member's name and use a proxy to mask your IP address.

Just open another account. You can use same name but you have to use different address/ip/browser or device/bank info/card info/phone number.
