Hello awesome people of bhw.

i wanted to ask you about the paypal stealth accounts few people are selling here on forum.
is that really works without getting limited or banned? if yes then how can i get the money to me because definitely i can't withdraw money from PayPal to my bank account so how to use the money?

Well not every seller is reliable.
Even if its verified! Receiving 1k from first day will increase red flags.

You can use exchangers (which take +10%) so they can send to your country.
