PayPal credit card statement

I want to know something. Suppose I have linked my card with PayPal that was provided by the Bank of America . And now they are asking for a credit card statement what if I submit a statement that is showing that the card was provided by Citibank ...will PayPal be able to detect this ?

Well, the card numbers aren't the same either in that case, not just the banks. They can't possibly know, which bank issued the card until you tell them (unless you link the belonging bank account too), but the card numbers are different, they will surely notice that. Why not just link the Citibank card and provide them with the belonging statement?
