Payment gateway for selling copyrighted material

As the title says I need a good payment processor who should secure my privacy as well. I will be selling copyrighted digital content (videos, ebooks).

How secure my profile will be?
Do payment processor share the merchant profile, if received any legal notice? What about offshore payment gateway?

Point me to the right direction.

Will I be able to withdraw money anonymously? or it is confirmed that they will not share my info with other people (like against the DMCA claim)
 
you can withdraw money by using 3rd party exchanger, Payment processor to 3rd party to "Westernunion, moneygram, bank wire..."
And not the 3rd party and the payment processor should never reveal your real name, since you can create accounts with fake name...
Don't worry about DMCA, just go for it
 
You can use bitcoin as payment processor, because processor with credit card are always risk, and that will cause you problems.
 
If you're so much worried about DMCa in the first place, you shouldn't even think f selling Copy Right Infringement.

It make sense. Can you suggest some reliable third party exchanger? I really want to give it a try.

I do agree. But, customers prefer PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment over bitcoins. Although, people are adopting bitcoins quickly. But, still I see people don;t want to pay using bitcoins or most of them have no idea what it is.

I have already taken care of DMCA. I just want to stay on the safe side, so I am discussing all the aspect.

Thank you for the help, I really appreciate :) One more thing, is it safe to buy the verified PayPal business account? Instead of Solidtrustpay, what if I integrate Paypal (more user trust)? or should I buy SolidtrustPay business account?

You see the + Quote in the bottom right of each post? That is there so you don't post 3 messages right after eachother in a single post.

You want to do blackhat business and still you think you have the option to use Paypal.. Even if you buy a PayPal account as soon as they realize you're selling illegal stuff they will freeze your fundings and ban your account.

The only way that both parties are safe and anonymous is using a escrow BTC system.

Thank you for pointing me to the right direction, I am getting familiar with BHW.

Yes, my bad PayPal was not good at all. I am sticking with SolidTrustPay, I have asked many people to provide me the verified account and then I will convert it into BTC.

I think this is the only possible way.,

Does any of them have their own plastic card so I can withdraw thru ATM?
 
solidtrustpay asking for verification papers in order to let you create payment buttons. If i sent my real info, they will ban me or i have any legal issues?
 
I want to sell imitation product like shoes. Paypal is not my best friend. I'm stuck haha
 
No genuine PSP will onboard a merchant selling that kind of stuff. If a PSP does that then they may be asked to close there business .
 
You can use PerfectMoney or Bitcoin as well. You can easily Exchange perfectmoney to BTC and can sell on Localbitcoin for Western Union? I think it is good.
