August and September were horrible months for wrzhost and I felt bad for the clients so I took control over wrzhost back around 24 september.
The money before went to the oinoc paypal which I don't have access to.
I suggest to charge the money back as soon as possible.

i am also looking for offshore hosting in Asia- (i've heard Malaysia has some?)
can anyone rec'd?
i've been using dedicated servers at CCI hosting, but the speed is too slow to connect for Asian users. and they go down once in awhile. support is also slow... but overall not that bad, depends on your purpose.

You can find alot offshore hosts in many places on world..but it not mean if offshore that they allow everything..most have same rules like all other hosting companies.
Maybe shinjiru com check them they are cool..location malaysia.
If you need bulletproof, you doing something very illegal and have money to pay get botnet host 1000-1500 monthly..and bp domain/s,so no worry about anything

How about the spamguys that register multiple domains with different names and adresses in whois? Do they use middlemens? Sounds dangerous isnt it?
At least such whois would look more trustworthy than one with a private whois...

About offshore in Asia, they have really worse connection for that I recommend Russia or China instead of Malasya, I think Botnet evolution is different, talk about P2P Botnet - Fastflux is other thing, if you use Zeus or other botnet with only web-central-command you can choose any bulletproof hosting even china or Russia but your chance to shutdown nowadays is 99%.

Shinjiru for offshore hosting is good, have been using hem for over 2 years and everything is smooth so far. They are based out of malayasia
