Doesn't really make sense, better diversify your income and any method requires time and effort to scale, selling verification is a immediate cash in without much trouble, so why not?

But, since GMB is the foundation of this method, how to have them approved is needed, buyng them is very costly and doesn't grant you control over your activity. Even choose a GMB provider is a challenge since there are so many with a price range from 50 to 500 LOL

Yes, the only drawback for this method is it needs upfront cash for gmbs. But the level of returns and the time in which you can achieve these results make the initial investment definitively worth considering.

Many sellers say they can't get verified in categories like locksmith, garage door repair, etc.. but I noticed you said verification in any category. What is the reason some could get any category while others can't get some?
 
What is gmb and how do you get affiliated/phone numbers for the service providers?

M sorry, if you still Don know what's a gmb this is definitely not a suitable strategy to follow. This strategy is for those who are familiar with gmbs (I don't mean you gotta be a pro but basic knowledge is a must) .
 
i am gonna do this for a plumber friend of mine to test it out as I own 4 addresses in his working region, I am gonna use 4 different subdomains with same content.

If your marketing yourself and use that ranking to bring in more clients, or you use it to better position your current clients.

It's sorta like affiliate marketing.

You're working directly with a local plumber/roofer/etc. You rank high in Google My Business for their area using a Verified Google My Business listing of your own. You collect the phone calls with a phone number of your own, from the phone number services he mentioned in previous posts. Once you have reached an agreement with a client to get send them phone calls. Those clients pay you using the method outlined in the Original Post.
 
trust me guys selling the leads is the hardest part of this. also most people call several contractors. you have to have an immediate , reliable buyer. For the contracting niche it is tough since most are very unreliable. half the time they will not pay you or even call the customer back.
