Niche site building

I'm going to try and put up a micro niche site once a week for the forseeable

I have unlimited hosting, with unlimited additional domains, so this one account will do me, right?

also, my sites will all be unrelated and therefore wont contain any links to each other, but I assume they will all be on the one IP,

will this have any effect on each websites ability to show in natural search?

I create all my niche site's on the same server, when they get a decent amount of visitors I move the site to C hosting server. Because my shared server is pretty slow and also for Google purposes.

You might be better off making all your niche sites in somewhat of a related field/industry and link some of them together. You'll get cross traffic between the sites. I do that will 99% of my sites.
