Next Big Thing After IG Botting

The reason is greed. Facebook is the greediest and most inhuman company.

Organic reach is down. Instagram wants to sell ads. The only thing is: Instagram ads don't work. Gary Vaynerchuk can foam from his mouth as much as he wants declaring that Instagram ads or underpriced. They are ineffective and overpriced by a factor of ten.


The way Instagram is right now, automation is the only thing that makes sense. Without automation, Instagram is not worth it.

They chased out the creatives by taking the organic reach away from them and now all they have left are marketers, who of course don't care about IG, but about their profits.

The funny thing is that Instagram thinks if they shut down the bots of individual operators all will be good. Botting will continue, but by larger operators who can put in the processing power and the tech knowledge. IG will see more, not less, bots, because those next gen bots will be so good the algorithm can go f*** itself. It will be of industrial scale. OK, the small operators with their 2000 accounts were driven out. Enter the large operator with 100 000 accounts, huge account farms in China and Russia.

And what about hacking the algorithm that you send signals directly to the algorithm without even using botted accounts? You have one account that, through coding, makes the algorithm believe it has incredible traffic, and the algorithm sends that account more. I think this will be the future of IG: high tech hackers controlling who's getting the views, and big consumer companies paying for them.

Not sure if people will flock to IG once this happens. What are they getting out of it?

This is what Instagram needs to do to save itself:

1. Dump the current algorithm. Bring organic reach back. And the old timeline.

2. Turn likes off

3. Weigh down heavily on "influencers" and "celebrity" junk accounts with their junk content. Further individuals.

I think IG will not do any of this and will slowly decline.

Why is nobody I know using Facebook any more? Because its filled with junk to the brim. The same destiny will await Instagram, because the creatives are leaving in droves.

If you've read their report regarding automation, then you understand their main concern with automation is stopping the SMM panels. They've already sued multiple panels, I guess they think with such low limits that the panels will go away. Reality is, panels make so much money that even if the limits were 75 follows a day, panel operators would still attempt to run operations. You would be surprised, those panels have made a few people millionaires.. and some pretty damn close!

To enable those in-person meetings, LinkedIn is a good tool.

Social media like Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest... that is the individual lost in a faceless mass. Social media of quality (like LinkedIn) used reasonably, is a portal to real-life contacts and valuable as such a portal.

So it is up to Instagram to see how they can adapt to this - and this is coming. I am sure of that. If Instagram does not react, it will be in less than ten years a smear in the history of mass media, a dead shell like MySpace.

I don't know how you all are getting banned from using bots, i'm doing 1000 follows per day and then the next day 1000 unfollows, in 1 month selling 6 accounts, i have more than 10 accounts on same ip, never got banned (it's been almost 2 years) , btw, i'm not talking bullshit , i'm telling how it's working for me.
