I would start with 10 articles per day and slowly increase that number.

Thanks but I already started with 30 articles, so I will slowly increase to 50
 
The way I did it was set up the site on local host with 200 articles and then uploaded everything to the server. This way when Google bot visits your site for the first time, it finds an existing site with a lot of articles on it, not a new site posting 100's of articles in a single day.
 
If I were you I would start slow and then build up slowly on the number of articles to be published everyday. Again, it doesn't matter, as long as the content is kick-ass and unique.
 
I have already published 100 articles and now Im going to continue to publish 50 every day... will see how it goes... Google already indexed 40 of my articles

Yep, some organic traffic is already coming... so far I published 200 articles, 120 are already indexed...
