Back on topic though, what about with Likes and Comments? What's a safe range for a semi established account (few months old, 1k organic followers)?

So what's a safe amount of likes/comments/follows/unfollows per day/x-hour time period that's guaranteed for longevity (on my business account that I don't want to risk getting banned from but still want to automate)?

I am following only 400 people daily now with IG aged accs and still getting ban for too much following. Need to wait some days...
