So what's a safe amount of likes/comments/follows/unfollows per day/x-hour time period that's guaranteed for longevity (on my business account that I don't want to risk getting banned from but still want to automate)?

I was solely referring to the part of your post that I quoted. You have absolutely no clue what I'm going to post, hence my comment to you thinking that I'd post a crying thread if I get banned.

It's not new limits mate. I'm able to follow over 1k people on brand new accounts without a problem. But only when the delays between follows are longer. You only need to go slow.

Get some example of delays pls
