Just like the title states. I need a programmer to build a DNS based web filter. Something similar to [email protected] DNS. Yes, the I do have a $5,000 budget. I am looking for someone to work on the setting up the system which includes but is not limited to admin & user back end, working with a pool of IPV6, mobile version as well as long term admin.

I've already built a proto-type of the DNS server with my limited Linux and Google cloud console skills (Youtube videos). It works, but not exactly the way I want it. I dont know the nuances of program development so I need help and am willing to pay top dollar.

Please PM me the following details.

    -- Past Projects
**Links and back end access to those projects would be greeeeeeat.
-- Experience you and your team may have with DNS servers IE, Bind, PowerDNS, etc.
-- A plan or course of action would also be appreciated.

I dont mind if you prefer to use Freelancer or any other freelance based services.

Well... This is why I find it a bit hard to hire someone overseas. Paid tendemo $500 so far and it doesn't seem like he did much. Hopefully this will wake him up or put a fire under his @ss.

Well you had a 5,000$ budget and you wanted to do this as cheap as possible. This is what happens when you want a get cheap service for expensive job. I'd could take care of this project, but I'd charge it really more than 500$ and I would sign a contract, so there'd be no issues like you had with @ tendemo.

5k is too small amount for such kind of scale project.Personally I would not go bellow 40-50k.
