Need script to authenticate accounts

The accounts that I am creating for my target website require you to click a link sent to your email address. I have all emails going to the same gmail inbox. I would like to have a script that would work through the inbox finding the authentication link and clicking it so that it opens in a new tab. Each link needs to be opened from a separate IP. Any questions are welcome
