Please tell me the estimated costs. I am purchasing this September 1st, so I am looking to have the best bids/pricing lined up before I purchase.

Here's the words:

2. Payroll Loan

6. Working capital financing

not bieng an expert or something , but this are the keywords that you have a good chance in ranking them , but for a good reason , searches per month are low from 50-700 i think , except for #1 2400 search per month with $7.57 cpc
1-9 -11 -8 - 7 - 3 -2
 
I have a significant budget for this. I do those types of loans, and I need to know the best way to rank page 1 for all these keywords. The ROI of being on the first page for those will be massive.

What do you recommend? Bids?

If you have a large budget then find a local SEO firm in whatever city you are in. Sit down and talk to them. You want an agency for this, not a BHW service. Just being honest.
 
And I'm not expecting the campaign to be a few hundred, more like a few thousand. I'm sure some of the SEO companies on this site can handle campaigns that large.
 
To get "payroll loan" on page one in itself will be thousands of dollars. I suggested that you meet with a local agency so you can get an idea of what it would really cost to rank those terms. Just saying send me a bid/price is going to just flood your inbox with 99% shit. Spend a couple hours with a local SEO firm, pick their brain, and get an idea of what battle you are about to face. Just look at "payroll loan" - wall st journal, gov sites, etc...bankrate...cashnet...that keyword alone is a huge battle.
 
I agree with netmoney1. You will want a local seo agency so you can hold them liable for results.
 
It's not that huge competition, it can be done. Budget for all KWs (without Hard money business loans ) approx. $10K, 2-3 months time.
