Hello,

I would like to know, how active a blog should be in terms of number of blog content, quality backlinks and social promotions?

All the blogs I know of post at least two times per week. But, as you probably might have guessed, quality trumps quantity. It’s kind of a mantra around here. As for backlinks and social promotions, that’s a bit outside of my purview, so someone else is going to have to take that one.

Quality over quantity. As for activity at least once per week is enough. Just focus on the quality of every content

Write Articles atleast every week one article with 2000 words informative article
Continuously Get quality backlinks on every week
Active social media pages daily and post something about your niche.

It depends on the quality of the post, and niche, Matthew Woodward post about once a month sometimes even longer, but his posts are very high quality.
