need help with outsourcing campaign

I have found a few credible outsourcing staff companies and need some bhw peoples opinions on what types of things I should have them do. I was going to get a full time guy/girl 8 hrs a day 5.5 days a week and have them do ad posting on backpage, oodle, etc. as well as promote my website through twitter accounts, youtube, and facebook stuff. The problem is I havent really dove in to any of this stuff yet and I dont wanna give some dude an extra cushy job on my dime. Could you guys please suggest any particular tasks to give these guys and approx. how much time should be spent on them. Any other seo stuff that is somewhat basic, but effective and time-consuming would be cool too.I appreciate it guys. - GMB

Depending on what kind of sites you have, I would definitely make sure they are decent writers not just to make articles for your sites, but also to write articles to submit to directories, and for making web 2.0 link wheels. I also used to get mine to use blog commenter software to find related blogs to put high quality comments on.

If you really have nothing for them to do, give them some method ebooks you have sitting on your hard drive and just ask them to do whatever the method is.
