Need help with Instagram hastags?

I have a personal travel blog accounts that has 23.7k followers and I use about up to 25 hashtags for post and I go for hastags under 500k and some are like 1000 and some like 20 k but I am only getting around 400 to 800 impressions from the hastags.

Is there a way I can see what's the best hashtags to use. Is there tools I can use or app to use. Also anyone know any hastag research methods.

I got shadowbanned using 25-29 hashtags,

Could've also been multiple other factors.
Id suggest for safety, cut back to 15 to 23 hashtags!

& In regards to the most active tags, have you tried manual research?
A tool/website can tell you the most interactive hashtag ..................

Type hashtags related to your niche in the search bar. Check how popular they are e.g. 100k, 1mil, 100mil etc. Write down about 6-7 100k-1m hashtags. 6-7 1-10m tags. then add a couple of huge tags 50m+.
Make sure you are not using any banned or semi banned tags as this will render all your other tags useless.
Best way to check is search for a tag and it will either display "this hashtag has been reported etc" which means it is banned.
Or if it shows you images but there is no "top" or "recent" tab it means it is semi banned.
Stay away from those.
Try and get about 100 tags and test them.
Less than 20 tags per post works well for me.

that is what I been doing but don't work
 
I'd recommend manual research, look for posts of similar niches with a lot of reach and check the hashtags they used, then related hashtags to those, etc.
I've always since more success doing the research yourself than using a tool or a website.
 
From personal experience there are many sites or apps that can generate hashtags for you, but the best method is seraching by yourself. I have also tested different hashtag numbers per post, but there is no difference. I have posts that went viral with 30 hashtags and i have posts that went bad with 10-20 hashtags, so there is no magic number. A small tip here is to use relevant hashtags. I have also tested that with 4 accounts, using 2-3 irrelevant hashtag is ok, but using more let's say 5-10 you will see a decrease in your overall reach.

How do you know my account is shadow banned as I still get impressions from hastags but not over 800
