Need Help with Anime Streaming Website

I've been reading for at least a week now but yet still in confusion on how website like 9anime did it.

Things I've done so far:
- Domain (using an old domain of mine to test and make things works first)
- Offshore Host
- Tried OVOO cms since it looks somewhat similar look to 9anime theme

and that's it. After rereading and searching for answers, I am still at lost and stuck with lots of "how" questions in mind and can't help to wonder and figuring it out till to the point of frustration.

Some of the questions are:

- where they embed all those anime episodes and movies from and how they embed it to their website automatically (assumed it's automatic).
- if they hosted all those video by themself and then embed to their website, what kind of host or storage are they using?

AM even making any sense? all the above are personally researched, tried to ask around but not many would reply. I hope this attempt would be a little more productive.

2 ways to do this, usually they use cloud storage and embed the links or they host it by themselves.

This is not a cheap project

You need to start with analyze of your own usages so far. If you have some spikes then you might need to use some cloud based solutions with vertical scaling. In this case you will pay only for used resources.
