Need Help On Monetizing My Site (Suggestions & Critics)

Hello guys, I really need help on asking some critics or suggestions if there is any and I'd like to thank you in advance!

So I have this adult site (JAV adult movie with subtitle), it's been roughly 5 months since April and currently I'm having at least 8k-11k traffic with at least 1.8m to 2.1m page views a month yet my site only generating like $3 a day (no site popunder). So I'd like to know from the webmaster seniors in BHW if there is something I'm lacking on my site and if there is any monetazion I should do. Anyways thank you in advance!

Additional Information:
1. I'm currently using Verystream and maybe I want to try Vidoza or The others (suggestion are always welcome!)
2. No site popunder, currently my income is from the SHORT URL + VIDEO VIEW only.
3. I want to make use of the 1.8 to 2.1m page views, what is the best AD Type for this pageviews? for me it's truly wasted to have so much page views yet no income generated.
4. I really need suggestion or critics.
5. I can't offer anything in return, I'm really-really-terribly sorry as I still hardly making any money after all the cost + effort I put

Some stats about your GEO and sources of traffic would be useful to see what you currently have

sources of traffic mostly from direct hit, but some biggest referral are from twitter and google search engine (maybe 2k traffic from both combined). The biggest GEOs are from: Indonesia, USA, Europe, France, Singapore. Though I would say perhaps 85% from Indonesia.
